GPL Laboratories has been in business for over 20 years, providing services to State and Federal agencies, including Air Force, Navy and the US Army Corps of Engineers. Although we have considerable laboratory capacity and many unique capabilities, our size allows us to operate as a privately held small business entity under NAICS Code 541380.

GPL has the capabilities, instrumentation, automation and project management experience to provide the precise support necessary for your laboratory requirements. Our experience with large sampling and analysis efforts, such as manifested by our long and very successful project history with commercial and government agencies including the Department of Defense, is the best assurance that GPL is the ideal laboratory partner to support your testing requirements.

GPL holds several project-specific certifications and validations (e.g., NELAP, State and Government) which enable us to perform work on various projects throughout the country. GPL is committed to adding or maintaining certifications as required by our contracts. We currently maintain over 20 separate certifications and validations by government and regulatory organizations.

Where We Are –

GPL owns and operates a 20,000 square foot, state of the art, environmental testing laboratory in Frederick, Maryland, just outside of Washington, D.C. With a staff of 48 professionals, we are the largest laboratory of our kind in the Washington, D.C. area.

4/30/2006 – GPL laboratories has completed our second round of MAPEP PE samples and we are working on our DOECAP certification.
